ZN centrifugal mud pump and the motor can be directly connected by couplings or belt, which is determined by pump model and performance parameters.
Regarding to low head ZND centrifugal mud pump with discharge diameter larger than 80mm, and high head ZNG centrifugal mud pump with head higher than 40m, these pumps are close type impellor equipped. They are double shell structures. The lubrication modes of bearing are oil lubrication and grease lubrication respectively.
1. Oil lubrication: the bearing box is composed of horizontal split bracket; The pump shell is composed of pump body, pump cover, suction guard plate, rear guard plate, sheath and shaft seal chamber with different shaft seal structures; the pump rotor is composed of impeller, auxiliary impeller (packing seal without auxiliary impeller), shaft sleeve with different shaft seal structure, front and rear bearings, shaft and pump coupling; when the shaft seal is of packing seal structure, seal the shaft sleeve, packing gland, split packing gasket, etc The main components of the shaft seal include packing gland, packing ring, shaft sleeve, auxiliary impeller, auxiliary impeller chamber, etc. when the shaft seal is of the auxiliary impeller seal structure, the main components of the shaft seal include shaft sleeve, mechanical seal chamber, mechanical seal, etc.; the bracket is horizontally divided into bearing box, and the bracket is connected with the pump body with connecting bolts to make the pump shell part of the pump connected with the pump body. When the user has no specific requirements for the shaft seal structure of ZN centrifugal mud pump, the shaft seal structure of the ex factory product adopts the auxiliary impeller seal. If the user needs to configure the water pump shaft seal structure as one of the soft packing seal, ordinary mechanical seal and containerized mechanical seal structure, it should be noted in the Purchase Order, and the company will provide it according to the user's requirements.
